You know its turning into an all-out name-calling, hair-pulling cat fight when one side of the argument starts to blame racism.
As many of their "policy of no" ideas are, the Republican appropriations bill to kill $942M in federal funding for the central subway project (SF Examiner) is a very bad idea. But after the grand jury determined that there was too great a cost for too little benefit, if funding is somehow maintained, perhaps a redesign would still be a good thing to do.
