BAYCAT: Zoom in 27

There's been no lack of debate about the impact tech culture has had on San Francisco. But it's refreshing to hear a community add a perspective that we don't  hear from often enough – lower income kids, mostly kids of color, who are forming their own opinions about the ways tech impacts their world. 
A new video series called Zoom in 27: Our Video Series comes out of BAYCAT, Bayview Hunters Point Center for Arts and Technology, a non-profit aiming to educate and empower underserved populations in the realm of digital media. The crew of kids they're working with recently created a couple different pieces worth watching.
