here. One of the major reasons that SFWater used in their argument for closing the street was that an act of terrorism at the site would cripple the city's water supply.
Well, it seems the SFWater department has had a complete change of heart, or something. Now, according to
SFGate, they're actively looking at ways to utilize areas over their city reservoirs with solar panels and recreation areas!
