3rd Street (from Palou to McKinnon)
3rd on Third takes place every third Thursday in the Bayview Town Center, bringing together the community, visitors, great entertainment for young and old, and merchant specials. This month, 3rd on Third is celebrating Black History Month and the African Diaspora and will feature a Mardi Gras Parade, $1 Amusement Rides and a Pop Up Market.
