At this workshop we will review the final changes to the site plan discussed at previous community meetings, including the parks, grocery store location, heights and additional housing units. We will also give an overview of the public benefits agreement for the project.
Lunch and Cantonese translation will be provided.
Background: A Redevelopment Plan was adopted in 2009 for the reuse and revitalization of the Schlage site, after an extensive community planning process. However, the demise of the Redevelopment Agency in early 2012 and the loss of public funding that accompanied it requires a revisit of the Plan. Please join us to move the project forward to approval.
