Are any of the other candidates publicly referring to themselves as "Supervisor"? I don't think so. Oh, and does the name "Al Norman", listed a 'publisher' on "Supervisor Norman's Newletter", ring any bells in the Bayview?

"In consideration for the Normans' qualifying the company as a minority-owned business, Scott Co. agreed to give Norman 1 percent of company revenues. By December 1998, Norman had been paid more than $800,000."
