The popular Visitacion Valley Festival (formerly the Leland Avenue
Street Fair) is back this year with the a fun and safe event for
families to celebrate Halloween! We’ve got a Haunted House, BMX Bike
demonstration, Trick-n-treating for kids, free hands-on arts and
environmental activities from SF Circus Center, Boys’ and Girls’ Club,
SCRAPS, SF Bee Cause, Precita Eyes, local bands like Al Molina, raffles
and prizes and free kids’ bike give-aways and a bike course from Urban
Riders!
The Visitacion valley Festival is a free community event in southeast
San Francisco that welcomes people of all ages and neighborhoods.
The event is accessible by 8X and 9 buses, the T-Third train, and Caltrain.
The Street Fair is presented by Visitacion Valley Business Opportunities and Outreach to Merchants (
VVBOOM), a nonprofit 501(c)(3) program of Community Initiatives, with support from many sponsors.
