Congratulations Captain O'Sullivan

I somehow managed to miss this in all the year-end revelry, but congratulations to Bayview SFPD Station's Captain Robert O'Sullivan on his long-overdue promotion.

O'Sullivan has been Acting Captain at the Bayview Station since the retirement of former Captain Paul Chignell on June 21, 2012.
