COMMUNITY OPEN HOUSE AT BAYVIEW OPERA HOUSE Review final designs for pending renovation of the beloved Bayview Opera House Ruth Williams Memorial Theatre and plaza. The community is invited to stop by anytime; meet the design team, Tom Eliot Fisch and Walter Hood; and discuss the plans with them.    WHEN: Thursday, March 21, 2013 TIME: Drop by anytime between 5 and 7 p.m. WHERE: Bayview Opera House Ruth Williams Memorial Theatre 4705 Third Street, San Francisco, CA 94124    Light refreshments will be provided.     Bayview Opera House Ruth Williams Memorial Theatre will soon undergo structural and accessibility renovations, while the plaza will receive much needed improvements to its paving, landscaping, lighting, and organization. The project is supported with funding from the City and County of San Francisco, Capital Improvements of the Mayor's Office, Mayor's Office on Disability, San Francisco Public Utilities Commission, the Mayor's Office of Housing, San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency, the Challenge Grant Program, the Office of Economic and Workforce Development, and the San Francisco Arts Commission.
