New Developments in Dogpatch and Potrero Hill
New developments are a-happening in Dogpatch and Potrero Hill...
One, at 2290 Third St., would see the old Pro Camera building demolished and replaced with a 'floating box' design, 71-unit condo building. Check it out on Curbed SF.
The second project at the Planning Commission this week is located at 480 Potrero Ave. It would add a 75-unit building to the currently abandoned lot on the corner of Potrero and Mariposa. Again, more at Curbed SF.
