According to CurbedSF, Lennar is moving ahead with construction of a 60-unit, 100% affordable-housing rental building in Hunter's Point.
From David Baker Architects, the site will be
bounded by Friedell Street, Kirkwood Avenue and Donahue Street on the Hunters View Shipyard hilltop, Block 49 will soon be home to the first 100% affordable housing development in the area.
"The 60 rental units range from one- to three-bedrooms and are designed with families in mind.
"The sustainable design will feature expansive city view and emphasize open space with two garden courtyards."
