Curbed SF has a list of 20 projects that are slated for the Southeast that will change the area significantly over the next decade. Sadly, they didn't do all their homework, because if they had, they'd have realized that #13, the India Basin Shoreline Plan is obsolete, as it depended on there being a Redevelopment Agency. As India Basin resident Michael Hamman writes, "Any future development of India Basin will require a new planning process and a very different development plan be created."
