In the last 2yrs there has been approx 1,400 foreclosures on the southeast side of San Francisco. Many of which involving long term community residents and contributing to the Out-Migration of African American from S.F.
ReplyDeleteConsidering the failure of the national loan modication efforts there needs to be a more comprehinsive strategy to acquire these homes and preserved them as affordable housing. My work at BVHP based, S.F. Housing Development Corp has allow me not only to assist folks in quailifying for a loan mod but, has enabled me to be in the position of crafting this broader strategy.
