There will be childcare provided for a small suggested donation.

  1. Well I didn't attend but I did catch the dog and phony show at VVCC. That Malia Cohen's a trip. She trotted out her best Angela Davis imitation, playing to the back of the room, but nothing shouts "desperation" like a trip to the 60's. Now if she had shown up in a Mao jacket with love beads she would have had us at "groovy."

  2. I'm not sure what a candidate's wardrobe has to do with how they'd lead. Just saying. Women in politics are always being judged on their wardrobe, while men seem to always get a free pass. At the 1800 Oakdale Forum, Pollo del Mar and Beth Spotswood commented negatively on Kristine Enea's suit. Now this from Anonymous about Malia Cohen's wardrobe. Hrpmh.

  3. We must have read two different comments. I believe the poster was talking about her voice, mannerisms, and body language. Nobody who ever saw/heard Angela Davis speak would ever have said anything about her clothes. FWIW, I like Kristine Enea's clothes. She's got the Condi Rice sista in a suit thing going on.
