I certainly hope that the next mayor, whomever he or she may be, really buckles down to fix not only the potholes, crime, education, deficits, graffiti, (insert problem here), but also the oftentimes byzantine and inefficient bureaucracy that we as citizens have to deal with on a regular basis.
