EVENT: Distressed Homeowner Forum September 18

The South East neighborhoods of San Francisco have been hardest hit by the foreclosure crisis. For this reason,  the  offices of Senator Leland Yee have partnered with Assemblywomen Ma, Bay Area Resource and others to organize the Distressed Homeowner Forum. We have assembled a group of real estate and tax attorney's, HUD Counselors, and mortgage specialists to answer questions and provide resources for homeowners in financial distress.  Please join us or pass this information on to those who may be able to use it:

Who: State Senator Leland Yee, Assemblywomen Fiona Ma & Bay Area Resources

What: The Distressed Homeowner Forum

Where: San Francisco Housing Development Corporation, 4439 3rd Street (Map)

When: Sunday, September 18, 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm

Also joining us will be (KYHC), a federally funded program that provides direct monetary mortgage assistance to eligible homeowners. At the forum, homeowners will be able to speak to a representative from KYHC to determine eligibility for programs that can offer up to $15,000 in mortgage assistance.
