3450 Third St Planning Commission Hearing

The SF Planning Department has scheduled a hearing to discuss the discretionary review of building permit numbers 2012.12.13.6169 and 2012.12.13.6171 to establish a 17,014 sq-ft social service and outpatient medical clinic (DBA the Child Advocacy Center and Center for Youth Wellness) at 3450 Third St., Units 2A and 2B.  The proposal does not result in any expansion of the physical building and pertains solely to the change in use.
