It's spring! Come get your tomato plants and pick up some sweet treats too! This year we've grown a RAINBOW of tomatoes, all optimized for our Potrero Hill microclimate. Mostly cherry tomatoes and some larger varieties. Here are the tomato varieties we'll have: RED Tumbling Toms hanging baskets, Micro-Tom dwarf, Stupice, Super Bush, Better Boy, Brandywine, Red Pear, Chadwick's Cherries ORANGE Sun gold hybrid, Tangerine, Isis Candy YELLOW Yellow Pear GREEN Green Grape PURPLE Black Cherry, Cherokee Chocolate WHITE Snow white Plus a few herbs, sunflowers, and lettuce. And lots of delicious baked goods! (Note - no strawberry bags this year.) Benefitting Potrero Kids (www.potrerokids.org).
