Pier 70 Open House

From Forest City Developers:
For those of you who missed the event in February [which reached maximum capacity], Forest City is hosting ANOTHER opportunity for you to tour the Pier 70 Waterfront Site and learn about its future development!!
Over the last year, Forest City (creators of the 5M Project) has been working on a project to rebuild a 28 acre section of the eastern waterfront of SF - due east of the Dogpatch - called Pier 70. You may be familiar with some of the great old brick buildings and history of the area, but most of the site is closed off, so you can't really access the water.
We recently finished a "Master Plan" for the future of the site and are doing a tour and open house on May 1st to discuss the details and hear what you think.

Please join us if you interested in seeing how large areas of the city get researched, planned, and rebuilt.
Details for the event:
Date: Wednesday, May 1st
Time: 5pm site tour, 6-7:30pm presentation and workshop
Place: Noonan Building, Pier 70, San Francisco, CA 94107 (map)

RSVP: http://pier70openhouse3.eventbrite.com
Noonan Building – located at the end of 20th Street, past the historic buildings and BAE Systems, around the curve by SIMS Metal it is the last building at the very end of the street facing the water
