Dumping, homeless encampments, and overgrown bushes on public property are problems that the entire city has to deal with. Even the ostensibly more well-to-do parts of District 10 aren't immune.
SFGate recently shone a light on one such area, the stretch of land along Potrero Avenue between 18th Street and 21st Street, that neighbors believe is getting short shrift when it comes to clean-up by the City.
