The Bayview Hunters Point Foundation for Community Improvement (BVHP) is recruiting parents and teens ages 12-16 for their Strengthening Families Program. The program includes workshops tailored to parents and their teenage children on subjects such as improving communication, establishing boundaries, building stronger relationships, and overall effective parenting. Free meals and babysitting for children ages 5-10 will be provided to participants.
The Strengthening Families Program starts on January 14 at 6pm, and is free of charge. All workshops will take place at BVHP, 5015 Third Street.
