Kaiser Permanente plans to locate a new hospital at the corner of 16th St and Mississippi. According to Save the Hill, a group opposed to the plan, project stats include:
700,000 sq. ft. of medical office building and residential floor space Three-story paid/preassigned underground parking garage space for 463 cars Over 189 residential units with dedicated parking spaces for only 65% of them A total building height of 68 feet on a block capped at 45 feet by the original Eastern Neighborhoods Community Planning process An estimated 7,700 daily visitors
