All proceeds go toward The Portola Garden District Scholarship for students of City College of San Francisco’s acclaimed Environmental Horticulture and Floristry Department.
The Portola enjoys uncharacteristically sunny weather for San Francisco and is home to many avid amateur and award winning gardeners. The neighborhood also boasts one of the highest rates of homeownership in the city. The Portola is located in the Southeast sector of the city, from Silver Avenue at the north to Mansell to the south with highway 101 as the eastern border and McLaren Park to the west.
